Individual Therapy

Sometimes life becomes cloudy. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Difficulties can begin to affect one or more areas of your life—your relationships, work, sense of self, emotions, or ability to cope with everyday challenges.

Individual psychotherapy offers a private, supportive space to slow down, gain clarity, and better understand what you are experiencing. Through one-on-one therapy, we will work together to explore patterns, develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and identify meaningful steps toward greater emotional well-being.

Sessions are available in person or virtually, providing flexibility to receive support in a setting that feels comfortable and accessible to you.

Areas of Focus

Individual psychotherapy may be helpful when navigating:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

  • Bipolar II Disorder

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Life transitions and developmental changes

  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties

  • Emotional regulation and coping with overwhelming emotions

Therapy is not about having all the answers. It is a collaborative process of understanding where you are, making sense of what has brought you here, and creating a path forward that feels meaningful to you.

Couples Counseling

Whether you are navigating ongoing conflict, emotional distance, a major life transition, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, couples therapy offers an opportunity to reconnect, create clarity, and move forward together with greater intention.

Relationships can move through seasons of closeness, uncertainty, and disconnection. Over time, communication can become difficult, misunderstandings can accumulate, and partners may find themselves caught in patterns that feel difficult to change. Sometimes you may love each other deeply and still feel unsure of how to find your way back to one another.

Therapy can help you heal disconnection while creating a relationship where both partners can feel heard, valued, and able to be themselves. The goal is not for one person to lose themselves in the relationship, but to build a collaborative future where each partner can grow individually while growing together.

Psychological Assessment

Psychological assessment provides a structured and collaborative process for gaining greater clarity. Through a comprehensive clinical interview, history, observation, and appropriate standardized assessment tools, we explore emotional and psychological functioning, patterns of behavior, relationships, and areas of difficulty.

Assessment can help clarify concerns, identify strengths and areas for growth, inform treatment goals, and provide a deeper understanding of the challenges you may be experiencing. Findings are integrated within a relational and systemic perspective, with attention to how your experiences, relationships, and environment interact with your emotional well-being.

Whether you are seeking greater clarity about yourself, navigating a significant life transition, experiencing persistent emotional difficulties, or looking for guidance in beginning therapy, assessment can provide a meaningful starting point for understanding and moving forward.
